Our services include collecting rent on your behalf to our Trust Account and distribute automatically to the bank of your choice in Canada.  Should a tenant not pay rent according to the terms of the lease agreement we will handle the necessary steps to collect the rent by serving notices in accordance to the Landlord and Tenant Board regulations.
